Terms and Conditions
Ploom & Co. operates exclusively as an introduction agency facilitating connections between clients and thoroughly vetted candidates. Our responsibility is limited to the introduction and training processes, we do not employ, supervise, or manage candidates at any stage. Upon placement, the client assumes the role of employer or contracting party and is solely accountable for compliance with all relevant South African labour and tax legislation. Fees paid to Ploom & Co. apply strictly to the administration, training and mediation services are non-refundable once an introduction has been completed.
Privacy Policy
Ploom & Co. is committed to safeguarding personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 2013 (POPIA). Information is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of facilitating introductions between clients and candidates. Personal details will never be disclosed to third parties without consent. Clients and candidates reserve the right to access, amend or request the deletion of their information. All data is securely stored and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil our services.
Service Level Agreement
Candidate screening: all candidates are interviewed, vetted and reference checked before being introduced to clients. Matching process: We take the time to understand each client's needs to ensure the most suitable introductions.
Aftercare support: While we do not employ or manage candidates, we offer post-introduction support to address reasonable concerns, provide necessary training and to assist with a smooth transition. Continuous improvement: We regularly review our processes to ensure consistent service quality and client satisfaction
